1. Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable
All donations made to Qalb-e-Momin Foundation are considered voluntary contributions for charitable activities.
As a non-profit organization, once a donation is processed, funds are immediately allocated towards ongoing projects and community support.
Therefore, donations are typically non-refundable.
However, we understand exceptions may occur, which are handled case-by-case.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The donation was made accidentally or in an incorrect amount.
- The donor submitted the same donation multiple times by mistake.

4. No Refunds for Used or Allocated Funds
If a donation has already been:
- Allocated to a project
- Distributed for welfare activities
- Used in emergency support programs
…then the Foundation may not be able to issue a refund.
5. Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks filed with a payment provider without contacting the Foundation first may result in:
- Suspension of donation services for the concerned donor
- Delayed resolution due to financial investigation protocols
We request all donors to contact us first for any payment disputes.
Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
If a chargeback is filed for a valid donation, the Foundation reserves the right to:
- Provide evidence to the bank/payer
- Dispute the chargeback
- Recover administrative charges, if applicable
6. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment method was used without permission:
- Notify your bank immediately
- Contact us with the transaction details
- We will assist in verifying and resolving the issue
